Goal is not the wish you think but goal is something which you want to achieve inĀ a specific period of time and in a fixed period. Goal must be realistic and achievable. Goal planner is the structured plan you make to achieve your goal which is divided into monthly, weekly and yearly action plan. Goal planner has the deadline of the particular goal a student wants to achieve. Goal planner should also be realistic and achievable and should have every step that will force you to take your every action towards your goals. Goal planner has the weekly, monthly, yearly and daily action steps to achieve the goal and convert these actions into success of a particular goal of a student
Only setting the goal and making goal planner does not work but tracking growth towards goal is very important as it will tell the improvements we have to make in our plan and the steps that we have to take to achieve the goal. This also shows that how realistically our action steps are giving us growth or not or we are still on the same boat. Growth planner also tells our consistency and gives us motivation to grow more.
Step1: decide your goal
Understand yourself, understand that in which path you have interest, note down all big and small interest you have also note down skills you currently have on one side of paper now analyse your interest and skill as a career path. If you feel any skill of yours and interest in something you have can give you a great path and career make it as a goal for long term. Also if you have any specific target in your mind make it a goal .
Step2: . figure out the practical steps
now as per your goal clear the steps you have to take to achieve the goal and write it down. Write the requirements, courses, opportunities, syllabus and many more to achieve that goal.
Step3: breakdown the steps and deadline
Now break you action steps you have to take daily, weekly, monthly and yearly also set the deadline that at this fixed period of time you have to achieve your goal.
